Made the Atomic number 26 Drape obtainable by crafting.

Level 2 Sentry resistance changed from twenty% to xv% and Level 3 changed from 33% to 20%.

Minigun harm punishment on Level 2 and Level iii Spotter Guns slightly decreased.

Fixed not being able to switch away from the Minigun while spinning downwards.
